The straight take.
Ontario is the largest city in the area Brenda works. It has its own airport (ONT, growing every year), the Toyota Arena, Ontario Mills, and a downtown grid that pre-dates everything else around it.
It's also the most accessible price-wise. If you want to be in the Inland Empire on a real budget, Ontario almost always has more inventory than Upland or Claremont and at lower price points.
Ontario Ranch is the new south end. Master-planned, brand-new schools, brand-new everything. If you want a 2023 build with a community pool, this is where it is.
Old Ontario (north of the 10, near Euclid) has a completely different character. Smaller bungalow homes, mature trees, walkable to downtown.
